Management and Staff
The current management and staff of Chantete have been in Zambia since the company’s inception. Between them, the managers have skills and expertise in production, equipment, and management. In addition, several Zambian staff members have been in the employ of the company since the early days. Staff turnover is very low. Consequently Chantete has a very strong nucleus of people. Chantete often surpasses opposition companies in terms of production because of their strong management / staff team. With hands on management style, the team is always in full control of staff and equipment, with channels of communication to top management open for all, at all times.

Location and Facilities
Kitwe is considered to be a central point for business activities within the Copperbelt. The majority of the larger Mining Houses have either offices or operational sites based in or around Kitwe. As Chantete’s Head Office is located in Kitwe it is predominantly located for maximum reach across the Copperbelt business community. Given the nature of its operations that require prompt servicing across an extended geographical area, Chantete is capable of mobilizing and maintaining operational sites in any required location
